ABOUT US

New Hope Christian Church is a place where people can meet Jesus,  engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!

OUR VISION

The mission of New Hope Christian Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

Our Beliefs

God

God is the only sovereign, wise, and good Creator of all things, who reigns as King over all creation for His own glory.
ROMANS 11:33-36

Man

Human beings were made in God’s image to love and worship Him forever. But ever since Adam first rebelled against God, we have all been lost in sin, under God’s judgment, and unable to save ourselves.
ROMANS 3:23

Christ

Out of undeserved love and grace, God sent His only Son to save us from sin and reconcile us to Himself through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.
JOHN 3:16

Responce

God offers us His gift of salvation by grace, which we receive through faith in Jesus. He makes us new, calls us to leave sin behind, and invites us to join His work in the world.
EPHESIANS 2:8-10

Communion

At New Hope we believe that weekly communion is a great way to connect with God each week and act as the disciples did in Acts 20:7, "On the first day of the week we gathered together to break bread". Weekly communion also gives us time each week devoted to honoring the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross for each and every one of us.

Baptism

We at New Hope Christian Church believe that as followers of Jesus Christ, baptism is an essential step in our relationship with Him. The book of Acts is clear about baptism and in Acts 2:38 we find that Peter said for all of them to repent and be baptized and recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit. Therefore it is our belief that baptism is a requirement for salvation.
